Before any deposits are given, wedding insurance should be in place. This insurance policy will provide coverage for deposits if anything happens that is beyond the control of the bride and groom. • There are even wedding gift insurance policies that will replace non-monetary gifts that are stolen, lost or damaged.

• Honeymoon insurance is a must since a honeymoon cost more than a new car. Travel and trip insurance will protect against loss or theft of luggage and trip postponement or cancellation.

• Wedding liability insurance will protect against damage and personal injuries that occur on the wedding day during the whole course of the wedding and reception. This is a very important policy, and may be required prior to booking an event hall for the reception. If alcohol is served a special rider can protect against alcohol related accidents and incidents.
